Unity for Growth (UFG) was established in 2017, with the purpose to explore and seize opportunities available to empower the youth to lead a meaningful life and provide assistance to underprivileged members of society. 

Given the high unemployment rate in the country, high substance abuse, high crime rate, UFG has adopted an approach where attention will be given to disadvantaged youth, to give them life skills that will secure a better future.

Other key campaigns will be targeting disadvantaged members whereby basic amenities will be provided such as food parcels, toiletries, blankets, clothes etc.

BASIC NEEDS SUPPORT PROGRAMME

Basic needs are meant to assist communities to get by on a daily basis.

PERSONAL GROOMING AND CURRICULUM ENHANCEMENT

The programme focuses on empowering the youth to be assertive and be able to express themselves when engaging with prospective business partners/employers.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMME

Exposure to short term training will open up doors to many opportunities and to some extend assist the youth to enhance their chance of being employed or to become budding entrepreneurs.
